So that translations are adapted as far as possible to your needs and tastes, if you wish, you have the option to provide us with the following information (but it is not necessary at all):
– glossary of terms and abbreviations used in your company (should you have one).
– a text on the same subjects covered by the text to be translated written by your company in the language to which the translation will be done (in order to use terms according to the ones normally used in your company).
– type if addressees of the translation.
– if you prefer a style typical of the targer language or a more literal style.
Please find attached 2 types of tools to assure the quality of our translations, for the event you wish them to be modified for you:
– some of the glossaries we use more frequently, which allow you to check the terms and style we use.

Should you have other preferences, please do not hesitate to comment them and we will prepare a special glossary and working instructions for your company.
