I like BBC English. Especially serial called The Flatmates. Every episode has around 1- 1,5 minute so you can watch it without any problem. It is very funny and you learn basic English phrases quite easily.

Then I use BBC Spanish. You can watch even Spanish football, it is nice, isn’t it?

There is very nice course for beginners called Mi vida loca which means my life is crazy. There is a story of suspense. So, I could watch it every day.

BBC Italian. You can find here for example 10 essential basic phrases in Italian which could be quite useful, right?
