HOW TO PROCEED
1. REQUEST A QUOTE (OPTIONAL)
If you wish, you can request a quote before placing an order (this is optional, because you can place an order directly). For this purpose, you can contact us by email or phone to explain us what you need and specify the deadline, your name, the company name (if applicable), your phone number and your e-mail address. If you need a translation, you can send us the text to be translated by e-mail, fax, courier or in person. We will tell you as soon as possible if we are in a position to provide the service and the price. Click here to request a quote:

2. PLACE AN ORDER
To place an order you should specify (if you didn't do so before):
Your name, the name of your company (if applicable), your phone number and your e-mail.
If you need a translation, don't forget to attach the text to be translated if you didn't do so before.
If this is your first order, you should also specify your address or the address of your company and the tax identification number (in case you need an invoice).

If you are already a client of ours and have worked with us several times, we will begin the project immediately. Otherwise, it will be necessary for you to make a deposit before we start the project:
If you choose the credit card payment system, we will charge you immediately in order to begin the translation.
If you choose the bank transfer payment system, the translation will begin as soon as we receive the payment. Our experience shows that transfers take about three days.

3. DELIVERY AND BILLING
We will deliver the project as soon it is done, following your instructions. If you wish, for large-volume projects, we can send you parts as they are being completed. When your project is finished, we will send it to the e-mail or mailing address that you have specified. We bill normally on a two-week basis, but you can specify the billing method you prefer.
